RANIA
Rania is a co-founder and Manager of H.E.L.P. She has worked in the charity sector for many years, supporting Syrian refugees as well as other refugees and asylum seekers. She brings experience in casework management and supporting resettled families with a variety of needs. She is dedicated, hard working and knowledgable in a wide number of areas. She speaks Arabic and English fluently.
BEKĖ
Beckie yra HELP įkūrėja ir patikėtinė. Ji daug metų dirbo labdaros sektoriuje ir savanoriavo labdaros organizacijose, įsikūrusiose Šri Lankoje, Ugandoje, Konge ir JK. Ji studijavo tarptautinį vystymąsi Kembridžo universitete ir Atvirajame universitete, būdama vieniša vaiko, turinčio papildomų poreikių, tėvu. Ji suteikia komandai patirties informavimo ir lėšų rinkimo srityje.

Activities Manager
Oksana is our Caseworker on the Homes for Ukraine Scheme at H.E.L.P. She has many years experience of working and living in England with her family. She is a kind and helpful member of the team, who speaks Russian, Arabic and English.
LAREB
Employment Adviser
Lareb runs the EON (Employability for Overseas Nationals) Project funded by the UK Government and International Recruitment East, based at HELP charity full-time. She speaks 5 languages. She can help with anything employment related such as training, CVs, work experience, courses and job applications.
Ola is our Activities Co-ordinator at H.E.L.P. She has a law degree and many years experience of volunteering with local charities. She enjoys cooking and is good at making people feel welcome and at ease. A mum of two active boys, she is hard working and speaks both Arabic and English.
KSENIA
Caseworker
Ksenia is a Caseworker on the Homes for Ukraine Scheme at H.E.L.P. She has come to the UK recently from Ukraine with her children. She speaks both Ukrainian and English. She can assist you with lots of things such as registering with schools, doctors, applying for UC or homelessness.
ANNA
English Teacher
Anna is our ESOL tutor at HELP. She is a qualified English teacher and is running our English lessons for Ukrainian refugees each week at our premises in Peterborough City Centre. She is Ukrainian and has experience of settling in Peterborough as a refugee.

MOE
Chairman
As well as being a trustee for HELP, Moe works with young people at Peterborough College. He is also a talented children's entertainer and volunteers his time for charity events.
BILAL
ROŽĖ
Rose turi daugiau nei 10 metų patirtį dirbant su įvairiomis labdaros organizacijomis JK ir Kambodžoje, įskaitant pabėgėlių ir pažeidžiamų migrantų konsultavimo tarnybos valdymą. Ji ne tik yra HELP patikėtinė, bet ir dirba bei savanoriauja su „Citizens Advice“ ir Didžiosios Britanijos Raudonojo kryžiaus pabėgėlių tarnybomis. Ji turi psichologijos bakalauro laipsnį ir žmogaus teisių teorijos ir praktikos magistro laipsnį.
KAMILA
Bilal is a dedicated and hard working volunteer, who helps service users with forms and with office administration. He has lived experience of being a refugee and raising his family in Peterborough. He speaks English and Urdu. Bilal is also a BBC Make a Difference Award winner!
LYNNE
Lynn has many years experience of working with refugees as a therapist/ counsellor for the charity Refugee Council. Now she continues with providing supervision for other counsellors. She has been involved in City of Sanctuary steering work in Peterborough and many voluntary roles for refugee wellbeing.
Kamila is a law graduate, with experience of working with refugee families. As well as being a HELP trustee, she has lived experience of coming from Afghanistan and settling into life in the UK. She speaks Farsi and English.
MAHMOUD
As well as a trustee, Mahmoud has experience of being a refugee and raising his family in the UK. He is a successful businessman, a father and has experience of living and working in Peterborough. He speaks Arabic and English, as well as taking an active interest in our football team.
TITANI
He has lived experience of being a refugee and raising his family in Peterborough. He runs a small charity in Africa helping children with disabilities.
VOLUNTEERS
We have a great team of volunteers who help with a range of activities... such as in the office, with bike repairs, with translation, setting up and running events, teaching sewing, with counselling therapy, face-painting, being Santa at Christmas!
